Dear Future Grass,
I know Cassey's human so if she can do it, so can I. I know, I know. But is she following the calendar? Did she do mountain climbers and planks and the whole shebang before this video? Can't tell. So her encouragement becomes a little empty for me and ends up not encouraging me at all.
On the other hand, 2-3 months ago, we tried to follow along with this video and couldn't get pass the 9: 33 mark. BUT GUESS WHO JUST FINISHED THE VIDEO? ME! Let's face it, I can't do that leg hold v-shape move without falling like an egg but I'm so close! I'm so much stronger than I was 3 months ago! I'm a stronger, better person! Alright, can't celebrate just yet, I have one more 10 minute ab video to complete for today's calendar.

wow i literally was so stressed last week that i broke down crying due to mental overload at the start and stopped, yet i told myself i'll give it a go soon today, on my rest day from Caroline Girvain's epic programme, i was craving training abs and i did it all and laughed when i was suffering, this was a pure joy and now i'll reward my body with yoga: ) thank you cassie- for existing and being the best at all times: )

Have she done level four yet?
Just joking this was pretty tough.
Does anybody have recommendations about loosing fat ( maybe some of you know some secret? Especially then on the legs because of all the excercise are getting bigger. Or is it just about doing excercise for them to?

hey Cassey, is there a reason you say to place your forearms like an 11 when in an elbow plank rather than hands clasped? just curious(:

Don't everyone hate me, but I've been doing this video almost every day since it posted and while it hasn't exactly gotten easy, on my better days I would love to have a - gulp! - level 4 version. You're the best EVER! Thank you, Cassey!

Cassey if you were to come out with another one of these extreme versions of a Pilates ab workout or whatnot, I would not complain and actually what I would say is thank you thank you thank you. But also thank you for this one.

it would be so helpful to have the links to Level 1 and Level 2 in the video description. Cassey says you've graduated but if you come here through the monthly calendar, it's easy to injure yourself without the prep

Guys I've been doing this for a year and it's great but I fail near the end because for some reason during the hip twists i keep farting loudly on each twist and then it's hilarious and I stop to have a laughing fit.

Dude, Ive been doing this workout a ton for the last two months. I just tried a Caroline Girvin 40 minute body weight ab workout and it wasnt as hard as this. How can that be. Im so strong now, thanks Casey!

her neck is incredible. Is it only me or does anyone get soared neck just after a few moves? how can she hold it up for so long? and is it normal for the neck to feel ached like this? Or am I doing it wrong.
