day 22 - i actually cannot do the last 5 minutes of this workout. i felt so discouraged i wanted to cry. i can barely do plank on my knees, so plank for 5 minutes where being on the knees is discouraged was hard. i couldn't get up onto my feet at any point.
it kinda sucks knowing i've been trying to get stronger for 22+ days now and i can't even do plank properly. does anyone have any advice on how to stop my feet from slipping out from under me on a plank? it's the hardest thing for me currently and really holds me back

Sure, my abs are sore. That was definitely an ab burn.
BUT LEMME COMPLAIN ABOUT MY INNOCENT SHOULDERS!
If you do this video again, Cassey will make you hold planks for the last 5 minutes. I was doing so well not pausing the video, but when this 5 min portion came along, I paused a few times. Can you blame me? I'll do better next time. It could also be the cardio + abs I did right before. Besides that, no pausing! I'm getting so much better at not pausing!

I used to have to modify everything to get through this workout, and now, after doing over and over again, I can do it ALL! Even the planks? (although those still burn the most haha. Plus, I've noticed every time I have a little lower back pain and I do this workout, it starts to go away like magic. Cassey, you make me feel so strong! :)

Doing the candle stick right before plank is such hell cause your arms work more during candle stick and even more during plank. Cassie if you read this please dont put the candle stick right before plank.

Well, well, well, looks like I'm gonna have to do the beginner's calendar TWICE before even considering anything else. This was just too difficult for me: ( Not giving up though, hoping I'll be able one day to follow this workout!

I've been doing core exercises for a couple of months, and I've tried not to strain my neck, but I keep failing. I feel like something's wrong with me. Or am I just doing the whole thing wrong? Anyone else on the same boat?

Why does my left leg always pop like in my hips when doing leg drop or any move that requires putting legs up and down? it's so annoying and uncomfortable I don't even do some of the exercises because of this.

I feel really frustrated w the flutter kick type moves bc i cant not lift my lower back. Its so hard and i cant keep my legs straight either i wanna cry (im not a newbie ive been working out since april)

After level 1 I was like, I GOT THIS
After this I am like, I don't got this LOL
I will be staying on this video a few more times before going to level 3 needless to say hahahahah. What a workout!

I tried my best for the 2nd day of Jan. 2021 calendar, this was supee hard especilly bc it was an intermediate level but i've never done the beginner, but it was on the calendar so i tried my best!
