Today we are focusing on sculpting and shaping your abs in your 21 Day Tone Challenge! Well work your upper abs, lower abs, transverse abdominals, obliques and TOTAL CORE. Plus to make it extra challenging, well be using dumbbells! I'll be using 3-8 lb weights for todays workout, the 21 minute Ab Tone, but if you don't have any you can do the moves without them - modifications will be provided for every exercise! Today we have 7 moves, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Im only on day two but im so frustrated, i couldnt even get off the ground for the ab portions and thats just so humiliating to me. I knew i was out of shape but i never realized how much. But instead of quitting this is only motivating me to work harder. So instead ill just do the ones I actually can do! I want to change myself, i want to get better, and ill do it with casseys kind words and my kids encouragement my youngest brought me water today and told me i thought you could use this, but dont worry mama, youre doing your best. Youll get better!

Cassey, youre the only person to ever explain proper breathing to me. I would always get confused and forget when to breathe & end up holding or doing it wrong. and here you go simplifying it SO WELL! When its hard, breathe out, when its easy, breathe in! THANK YOU! Dear Future Grass,
That title is fooling EVERY VEWER. Not only do you work out your abs, but your arms will suffer.
Anyhoo, I DID IT! I did every exercise with the weights except for the very last 2. But I'm still proud of myself! This was quite the challenge though. Anyways, I'm tired and sweaty.

Day 15 DONE
Ive noticed so much improvements on my body, lost an inch of my waist, gained 2 more to fill my hip dips, my cellulite is almost gone and I feel so much happy about myself, my body and my beauty. This is the first workout routine in my whole life where Ive seen changes in my body. Thank you,

Hi. I started this challenge today and I do not have weights so I am doing the without weight version.
I do have a question that during Weighted toe reach and weighted knee drive is it normal to feel slight pain in neck as we raise our body? Or am I doing it wrong.
Also I can't keep legs straight

I feel like I did it wrong but idk it feels really good but like I said I felt different today than the last 3 days hopefully I did today's workout correctly: ) FIGHTING!
update day 10: damn that felt good and i feel amazing this really cheered me up after having a rough day: )

I feel like I'm the only who can't do the one arm rollup? It's basically impossible, I had to use my other arm to help me get up and it was still a workout. Please say you guys found it difficult too because all of these comments are making me feel like I'm the only fat person here

I don't see myself as the type to enjoy strength workout, but I gotta say this is becoming my most favourite routine. I can really feel the endorphin rush at the end there! I'm at my day 9 and I can now follow this without resting as opposed to day 1. Thank you so much, Cassey!

I loved this workout. I did this in 21 day tone challenge. At that time I just used to do like 1 workout video of the day and get so exhausted and now I did a 10 minute workout and then another 21 minute workout and then this one. I am so so happy.
I AM GETTING STRONG!

Doing the 21 day tone now instead of in January because I finally found my motivation to workout. On day 10 and I didnt have to pause the video at all! Last week I had to pause like twice every round. The little improvements are making me so happy!
