Welcome to your 21 Day Tone Challenge! My goal is to get you moving for at least 21 minutes a day for 21 days straight. I'll be using 3-8 lb weights for todays workout, the 21 minute All in One Tone, but if you don't have any you can do the moves without them - modifications will be provided for every exercise! Today we have 7 moves, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. My first day! My knees are out of shape (used to be so easier few years ago) Hardest for me: the row butt lift--challenging, but looking forward to get stronger and healthier. Love this challenge and looking forward for my 21st day (and committed to a healthier life along with future workouts. Cassey is inspiring, fun and energetic. Yep, printed my calendar.

Im doing this for 21 days I am 132. 2 lbs starting 4/18/21 while fasting for Ramadan

I want you to know because of you and this challenge, after I had my baby, I did this challenge and I was able to get back to my pre baby weight! This challenged eased me back into working out a few months after having my son. Thank you so much for everything you do! I have been doing your videos since I was 12! I am 21 now: )

I decided to loose weight this year and to become healthier version of my (beautiful) self! January 2021 i was 120kg and right now i have 95! Im so proud of myself, I combined different workouts but Cassey i must admit you are my favorite. I love that you talk in your workouts so i can concentrate to that and forget about time

I love your workout! I tried to follow your monthly calendars but I just can't. :( It is too much for me to start with and I get unmotivated. Could you add other options to your calendar like one for the people who would like to start with a 3days/week where we could work out everything? Thank you so much again!

This is my go to workout since jan. Also because I just love your energy. Its like you are my virtual best friend. So supporting so encouraging and so radiating with positivity.
Ps please continue with youth Disney princess workouts. They were the most exciting workouts of all time

I was intimidated to do this video but knew I would be proud of myself if I challenged myself to do it. and I did! & I am. I'm totally sweating but it wasn't even horrible haha I may have even had a little fun. Thank you Cassey for all of your encouragement + positivity!

Dear Future Grass, I'm very proud of myself for accomplishing this video. Sweat is dripping on me from head to toe but I did it! I even went into pilates position for the double leg lifts.
Tip: really tighten your core and keep your back straight.

The row butt lifts are the hardest! On the plus side, the double leg lifts with chest press were surprisingly fun and made me feel so strong! I know I'm super late to the challenge haha, just goes to show these videos are still relevant regardless of time!

so, im 6 months late- BUT THATS OKAY! school is starting in about a little over a month, and this is one of the steps im taking to preparing myself for this new chapter: ) i hope to find more confidence in this, and a sense of dedication. wish me luck: )
