She said everything: no live workouts on IG (and later uploaded here on YT) for week two, just repeat week one.
The fit kit (like the weights, kettle bells) is only available on Target, not on popflex and Target only ships to the US.
I don't have any of her workout equipment (since I'm in Europe) and I do just fine with replacements, just like last year on the 21 day tone. You don't have to have exactly her stuff to follow her workouts with equipment, I've done it a lot.

You really need a lifetime change of eating habit Cassie. Those leggings look like theyre getting a bit tight again. Not trying to be mean at all. Just being truthful. I wish I had found intermittent fasting way earlier. Its so easy and Im not hungry for the whole day until my OMAD meal comes to a close! I suggest you look up Dr. Bergs videos. Look up his START HERE playlist. Theyve helped me so much and I hope they will help you too, for good! I wish you the best Cassie!

I need some help. I'm trying many ways to get sore. No matter what exercise I do,
duration of the exercise: sore
After the exercise: nope I don't feel that sore body. I don't feel those tired sore muscles. (Not the sensation) but like when you're core's active you feel it. But I'm recently not.
Maybe something's wrong with me. what should I do? What is happening with me?

Just a question about imbalance, I think because of an injury before I subconsciously use my right side more when working out or even jogging. I hate the feeling of one side burning more than the other, and while I always think LEFT LEFT LEFT, and try to do more reps, it always tips more towards the right. Any advice from anyone? Thank you!

For those of you who don't have a foam roller, you could also use a tennis ball or something similar to massage your muscles. I have a lacrosse ball which only cost 10 euros and it feels amazing. But if that's still too expensive, a tennis ball can work too. I got rid of my foam roller because I live in a tiny apartment and it just took up too much space. The ball is tiny.

I remember I've started my fit journey with Cassey in 2019 and I've been doing all the exercise since then. It's so fun and incredible to see how much I could change since the beginning. Can you maybe do a Q&A with how you started with working out and sport and Pilates and eating healthy or healthier and tips on balancing everything because its all to much for me and I dont have a clear idea on how to start with everything that is going on and happened over the past years with my mental and physical health

Unrelated comment: Cassey I think you should put a period tracker in your app so your followers can track their menstrual cycle. Its important part of our feminine health and it can affect our workouts. Would love to see you possibly adding something like that to your app! Thanks

I'm going through the Beginner 2. 0 Calendar to get back into pilates, and for some reason this video played instead of the 10 minute abs video? Still loved it and am looking forward to hopefully taking part in the next Glow Up session!
