In this lesson, I'll provide a schedule for everyone. I'll begin right now and wait 30 days to observe the results:
The first day: It's a mangled mess! To maintain track of my routine, I started drinking water during each exercise. As long as it isn't erased, I will keep this comment edited.
(Pre-Edit) Day 1 - Before working out, I had two glasses of water each. Although it still burns a lot, I made progress by doing a few easy pushups and resting for two minutes.
(11: 32PM Edit) Day 1: For some reason, my chest began to burn and I became quite sweaty. My arms hurt a little and I drank six glasses of water, but I'll keep this comment!
(11: 56 Edit) Day 1: I did a few pushups, stretching, and a little bicycle workout. I continued to drink water after each exercise, and the pain seemed to be low, therefore I believe it is working. I also snap one photo to compare the results the next day. I'll update this comment again to check if anything has changed in my routine. Good luck to all of you!
(EDIT) Day 8: I'm sorry for skipping it. I was so busy dealing with this routine that I forgot to return to this comment. I started doing a lot of the exercises he shows in the video, and they burn a lot of calories, but for some reason, my stomach got a little smaller. And it has a tiny bit of an ab pack at the start. Even though I drank about 11 glasses of water, it still burns a lot. I'll keep doing this routine until I see results.
