Bruh I got ran over on my left arm so i had to only use my right for a year. My right arm has veins bigger peck and the top ab is way more plump and defined than the left. The left top ab is flat and the left peck is smaller and not even fully defined. I've been doing 80 one handed pushups everyday but barely see a difference after 1 month

Hy Fraser Wilson! I wanna know which exercise for chest, forearms and arms do you recomend me? I have a routine ( Monday Wednesday and Friday ) 3 sets of 10 each muscle group and for Abs i train the same sets. How can I build more muscle? I hope you can help me. Waiting for your response

One of my side i have one big pack and other side have 2 pack and idk which kind of workout will fix this ( im a girl so i prefer to get 11 line instead of 6 pack so can i change those)

I used to have even abs until I started walking a lot and burned a ton of calories is there a way to just lose weight and get them even again?
