My upper body fat percentage is between 8% and 10%. and the fat ratio of my lower body (especially my hips) is 23%. I don't like my body, my lower body is muscular and high in fat, but my upper body is just a pile of bones! what should I do?

i cant the amount of strength these workouts take but just like starting very other workerout weather that be chest or back or shoulders its takes time to buiuld up to it trust me im going to use these and get myself them cum gutters

My ribs kinda stick out so i wanna get my obliques bigger, i will do this everyday for like 3 months, and change the comment every week. I hope there will be some results.

I came here because my pecs, and my abs look relatively good, and everything else in my core is just meh. Definitely gonna try out these exercises!
