So, I drink a cup of wine sometimes, I rarely go out. Only in school, there are certain days but they are months apart that I do mixed drinks and smoke pot. What can you say about alcohol as being part of my diet?

intermitting fasting i know u got skip breakfast. but what if i have breakfast+lunch and skipped dinner will not workout the same.
