5 Supplements you should consider to speed up your muscle building and fat burning process. -Supplement Code: FRASER10 at Creatine: Protein Powder: Oxy Shred Fat Burner: Pride Pre-Workout: Before you begin considering supplementation, you need to stop and ask yourself if your training & nutrition is where it needs to be in order to get results. It can be easy to view supplements as a prerequisite to progress. However, if you-re adding a post workout shake after a 30 minute workout that consisted of a 15 minute brisk walk and a 15 minute chat with your buddies, then you couldn-t possibly expect to see any substantial progress

Great shirt Fraser, and even though I know that supplemenets could be really helpful in your fitness journey, nothing can compare to all-natural gains or fat losses. So if you want some real gains, just take care of your diet. If you struggle to create a meal plan for yourself, there are many great websites where you can do it in minutes. I'm following a muscle gain meal plan from website called Dietarize and I can't explain how useful it is to me. I simply buy all the food that is on my grocery list, prepare meals and focus on other things 'cause my macros and portion sizes are already calculated for me.

Fraser, thank you so much for the Pride recommendation. Mine just came in and used it for the first time this morning. I was able to go so much harder at my workout and push myself past previous limits. Felt like my body was on auto-pilot! Just curious, can I still take creatine with this? Also, is there any need for my normal BCAAs after the workout or later in the day? Thanks!

I have a question for you: Is it a good idea to take the oxy shred in the morning or before you do your workout routine? I'm just wondering because I work from 8am-4: 30pm and I don't do my workout routine until I get home from work.

Hey man you were talking about the negative affects off pre workout, besides the crash is there anything else? Also I don-t have too much money so what would be the number one supplement you-d recommend?

Another easy way to get omega 3s is to put ground flax seeds in your oatmeal. You don-t taste it at all, they-re cheap to buy whole, and they have tons of dietary fibre and other great stuff.
