Ima do this twice everyday and I-ll come back in a month to give my results (I-ll also be doing some weight training and running but no special diet)

Should i do it every day? I read somewhere people saying it is not recommended doing abs every day so your opinion?

I don't understand the stomach vacuums at the end. So suck in until you can only see your ribs and breathe out?
