The routine I most enjoy. This one does not feel as tough. Love it. I've been doing a daily 10-15 min ab workout and was beginning to plateau and then I discovered Fraser! Really enjoy working against a clock. Thanks so much.

Do this for a month every two days and you will notice incredible results! Also switch up the workout by doing different videos (from Fraser. Also, really good and require low body fat so make sure your diet is also good.

These are just great routines. Thank you for all the content. I just pick a random one to try and do daily or every other day along with whatever workout I do. Challenging but results are happening.

I love these works out, those are pretty effective but changes of moves are too quick. I bearly get time to set in when you're almost half way through the exercise -

Tried to do this as a beginner lol I did finish but I stopped with maybe 5 seconds left of some of them as my abs felt like they were cramping bad lol
