I love exercise because is my hobby so my advised to us all not to be so faster avoid any injury so take it o. once at a time because what ever you are building you will not get it in a day so

Love these stretches -- one suggestion, you could make the bell timers a little louder than the music. Found them hard to hear if I wasn't really paying attention. Still loved it!

Could somebody tell me why when I do the cows face pose my shoulder hurts super bad. Its like a pain that is triggered when I hold that position for more than 5 seconds.
