And that's already working out and doing cardio. So are you saying that if I eat 4000 calories--1300 calories above my maintenance, I'm going to lean bulk, and not put on fat so that I also have abs? This would make me gain a pound every 2. 5 days, which would be 3 lbs a week/12 pounds a month. The average man can only gain 1-2 pounds of muscle a month max, so that means I will have gained 11 pounds of fat in one month. I kind of doubt I'd see any abs, and then I'd have a load of fat to lose after. I'm sure this diet works for you, but most people would just get fat: (

I love how most of these videos are like eat this this and this and vwalla your lean bulking! then bam how you do your hair then--. wah how to eat healthy. Nothing about consistency in workouts, or cardio! Like bro I have a high metabolism like I have my whole life and all I have to eat is the same this get the same in 2, 500 cals and get body like commmon man-

I'm extremely confused because I always hear about guys eating 3000-4000 calories while my TDEE was calculated at 2100 and people say if you're bulking you should go 200-300 over your TDEE. Why is everyone able to eat so much? I want to eat more too damn it.

Make sure you do some cardio too guys. If you dont do cardio then you'll just end up getting fat as a whole. Mix some cardio in some of your workouts to maintain a good physique while building muscle.

I mean 4000 Calories diet? YOu should really be careful and specify because for instance this would never work for me, and most of arent spending 2-4 hours in a gym/day.

Lean bulking ---. Anything that continually raises blood sugar levels beyond normal results in fat being laid down. Simple!
