I also wanted to ask you another question. How can i make that switch in my head to have better performance in soccer. Ive been having good games lately but I-m nit convince about how i ca make them great and start to put all the training that i do outside of the field and put it into games. Guys, i want to have shredded abs, should i stop drinking coke on the weekends, and drink just water, at least to make an improvement?
