10 min kilelr hiit workout (no equipment bodyweight workout) - Fraser Wilson Switz: Day #1. I promised my soccer coach that I would stay fit for the offseason. This is the best I-ve got until I can-t first, afford a gym membership and actually be the legal age to get one. I just finished and I-m huffing pretty hard. I feel the workouts going into my abs and my other muscles streching. -I might not be too motivated, but he told me that you can be as good as you want to. - also just a tip for you guys you don-t have to do EXACTLY what he does. Go at your own pace and you can modify some of the workouts if your not getting the right form by making it easier. You can also make it a bit harder if you feel it-s to easier by adding an extra step.

Just gotta say man, I am super grateful for your videos. I was feeling kinda stuck and generally complacent and dissatisfied in life but ever since I committed myself to doing one of your 10 min workouts on the daily, I-ve been feeling a lot more motivated, my mood has improved, I-m up to 20 min/day and I-m probably gonna be jumping up to 30 min/day by the end of the month. Hey I just got an adjustable weights set and was wondering if you could compile a barbell workout. I-ve been doing many of your dumbbell workouts and they are great so far!

I use to do a 20 minutes but now his high intensity work out twice in the morning makes me ready for anything! Love it!
