Lol I do this when I'm in the mood for sushi too. 100g cooked brown rice, mix 1 tsp of sesame oil, 2 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce and whatever fish or meat you want (I usually do canned tuna, half an avocado, 2 sheets of the sushi seaweed shredded. Sometimes I'll toss in shredded carrots too.

If you don't mind answering what is your workout plan, and do you have any tips for cutting. I weigh 170 and want to cut but I don't want to look too skinny

too much salmon = too much mercury in your brain. although lower than most, if not eaten in moderation, you will suffer
