Do you want stronger, more defined biceps? This resistance band arm workout is a great way to build toned, strong muscles and the great part about using resistance bands! One of the best parts about using resistance bands to train your arms is that YOU are in complete control over the amount of tension and resistance in each of your reps! If you want to build more mass then you can increase both the resistance and time under tension in your lift. Alternatively, if your goal is lean and defined arms then you can reduce the amount of resistance and focus more on time under tension and/or higher reps in each set. Either way, you get to choose when using exercise bands. In this video I share my favorite bicep exercises with a resistance band. I guess I will need to buy big bands when I can. we only have 2 sets of the mini bands, dumbells and mats. lol
