This 15 min leg workout with dumbbells will totally work your quads, hamstrings and booty! Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest except for the final set which will be performed for 60 seconds. For your reference, I am using 30 pound dumbbells, so you can use 1 dumbbell or 2 depending on what you may have at home. If you only have lighter weights you can simply do more reps per set. Even though this is a dumbbell leg workout you can use kettlebells or no weights at all

i never understand whats the diferent between normal squat and goblet squat is the same movement only on globet you hold 1 dumbell but your working same muscles
