I have a hanging belly with a c-section and focused in shedding that off. After warming up if I do only this 12 mins brutal ab workout, that will suffice or some other workouts I have to do along with it? If these workouts are done on bed any result will come off? How many times do I have to repeat this 12 min workout?

I've been doing caroline girvan lower abs hiit. then I saw this one and try doing this my gosh I felt so much burn feels like first time egaging the core love it!

ever though this is for the lower abs does it still somewhat work the upper abs as well in process
