Finally a good upper body routine that makes you feel good. The others have you doing moves that ultimately lead to bad form and basically not doing much good other than the fact you are actually moving. I used 15# but 20# would have made an even bigger impact. When I repeat this Ill up the weight for sure. Thanks for this great video and more like this will really works out!

I like your quick routines but curious why chest is last in this one? I noticed a few of your other ones as well like the 25 minute upper body workout where chest is 3rd on the list. just wondering what the strategy is on that. I lean towards doing chest first but open to hearing your ideas on that. Thanks!

Your videos are incredible! My dad and I do them together every upper body day - gonna try your 6 week shred challenge next - it's the only challenge I've seen that actually cycles through different body parts

I exercised watching this, the problem is text just overshadowed the next exercise. It would be nice to move counter and other text away from center.

Started with just the 20 minutes. Now I do 4 set of every 4 exercises. Takes about 1 hour now. Thanks
