Very good warm-up to a workout. Gets the blood flowing and ur muscles warmed up prior to a workout. If Im doing a really challenging workout Ill do 30 sec work and 30 sec rest instead of 45-15. Try it

As today is a rest day for week 3. I just did this. Woke me up from my haze and malaise. Will do 10 min and shortly. Even on our down days we got to keep plugging away
