Hi Dan, It's been a while. Long story. my Doct. said I need meds for the rest of my life. I had heart problems and high blood pressure. I was instructed to not exercise until my heart stress test. I cleaned up my diet, cut out a-lot of fat and fast food, drank smoothies and intermittent fasted. The cardiac doctor said my cholesterol is good and I don't need meds! So excited to get back into exercising, yours was the first You-Tube exercise I did. Great exercises and fantastic music choice! I am a bit stiff from not exercising but looking forward to ramping back up to speed. Thank you for this amazing content! Amazing how a solid nutrition plan and exercise can keep us healthy!

Just when I thought at some point it was a easy going workout. That I don't like LOL, you bust out with all different squat variations & burpees & I'm like ok sorry geez! Thanks as always, I feel good. Like I'll do one more of your videos & then start my day

I think you should set the rest time to 20s, because many people will not stand this exercise, thanks u for good exercises

Love this one. Keeps me moving and only takes 20 minutes so if I got up later than I want I can still get this done!
