I have a question.
Im skinny and want to gain muscle.
Is it ok do hitt working full body before i start my weight?
And im doing like full body, 3days a week. And abs hitt work out 3days a week. After i did my hiit workout i start lifting weights.
Do u think its a good format?

Loved this workout. Abs with some cardio and I definitely felt the core engagement and the elevated heart rate. A nice sweat that i added on to a previous glutes workout. Thank you so much for the content. Great job as usual.

Im trying so hard. Im working out every day Im eating clean and yet still have a stomach. I dont understand why And Im really close to giving up. Any advice
