What I like about this guy is, his routines are normally so challenging, that even he himself takes pauses and tries again. I connect with his videos much more on human level. feels different than other videos which the trainer crushes all at 100% and effortlessly, I don't know if I made any sense!

Wanted to add extra cardio to my routine. Im to lazy to go walking or running so this was perfect. Didnt feel the pain at first but it creeped up on me!

Great workout! I am recovering from a sprained ankle, so needed something with no jumping. My quads and abs were not very happy!
