Shred and sculpt your lower abs with this INTENSE 13 min lower abs workout. This ab workout consists of four supersets, each with 3 lower ab exercises that you'll complete for 30 sec each without rest. After each superset you'll rest 10 seconds, repeat the superset, then move on to the next superset and exercises. This one is going to burn. Make sure you breathe and really concentrate on keeping your lower back secured (pressed down) into the mat throughout the workout to protect your back and also to isolate your lower abs throughout the exercises. Get those abs to pop with good nutrition and regular exercise. You can't shred body fat without looking after your nutrition first -- then define your abs with the ab workouts on our channel

Just did this one this morning as i am rushing off to work. Quick yet very effective. Definitely felt the burn and the lower core engagement. Great for mornings when i am in a rush and don't have the time for a longer workout. Love it Dan and Tiff.

I have a really hard time keeping my lower back on the mat during some of the exercises - what can I do to fix this? );

Yooo please keep up with the ab workouts! They are really a burner especially with ankle weights
