Lunges and squats - two of my favorite workout movements! Build stronger and more defined legs at home with this killer lunges and squats only leg workout. Yes, this workout will make it difficult to walk tomorrow, but did you know that training your legs indirectly works your core (HARD) at the same time? Its like the best of both worlds! Two legs, two dumbbells and a solid amount of reps is the secret to building rock solid legs. For this workout you'll complete full range reps of an exercise, followed by a short 20 second rest, then you'll repeat the same exercise but this time it will be 1-1/2 reps to burn those legs out. Dumbbell Training (and resistance training in general) is great for leg development and should be used more to build strong, functional legs

This one was tough, maybe too tough for me. I wish I knew which muscle the exercises suppose to hit. F. e. Staggered Squat (L) hit my right knee and other way round Staggered Squat (R) hit my left knee and Curtsy Squats hit the opposite hip. I know, it should not be like what. But I couldn't change it because I didn't know what was supposed to hit, so I couldn't focus on certain a muscle.
I stopped at 75%. My hips feel like killed right now. This program is a great thing if you know what you are doing. But this time I didn't know it. Or. maybe I getting old.

Till now i didn't know this much variations of lunges and squats. My legs are totally numb can't walk properly all by myself need to take support of every wall and furniture in the house. Moaning at every step, my niece and nephew are thinking this is some kind of new game so they also start imitating me

I'm always looking for tough legs, and even though I used 30lb dumbbells, I didn't feel it as much as I thought I would. Then. Then the next morning, I tried to get out of bed, crumpled into a heap of soreness and expletives on the floor, and was humbled. Thanks for absolutely destroying my legs! :)

I love your workouts so much that after 2 days of stomach problems causing me to shit myself a little on the first set of sumo squats, i lost the boxers and finished the workout. If that ain't you giving motivation, idk what is

Out of curiosity, are you going to still provide no-music versions of your uploads? Really loved those so I could listen to a podcast, show, or some of my own music

Not gunna lie dude Ive been doing your workouts along with kickboxing Monday through Friday for about 4 weeks now and that had to have been the hardest one of yours Ive done! Ive been seeing great results so thank you!

Ive been really feeling all these workouts and seeing results! Is there anyway you can add calf workouts to your leg days
