Really loving these ab workouts and i just want to thank you for the definite results that i have been seeing. As you know i use these workouts primarily before a run on my treadmill. A great way to get core work in and then head into a run with that engagement of the midesection. Always great content as usual. Waiting for my girl Tiff to do a series will really as a woman appreciate some workouts from her.

My upper abs and obliques are so sore after this. coming straight from Day 18: 30 Min Squat and Lunge Dumbbell Workout (Build Strong Legs) 6 Week Shred II my quads are burning badly
