You know theres only one thing that Im always constantly thinking all about whenever it comes to this very particular Disneyland ride is that the one thing that always is coming to me is that the very Concept Art on that one wall Behind where youre Boarding that Pirate ship for Take off to Neverland is that whenever Im either looking or thinking about that very one image of Peter Pan where along with Wendy, John, and Michael standing with him on that one cloud as hes pointing straight out to Neverland and while in which Im always thinking that one of these Days hes Going to turn into Robin Williams from the Movie Hook along with also saying that Films one very Quote to Myself in the Head What If Peter Pan Grew Up? And that of Course is always the very first thing that comes to me whenever Im thinking all about the Subject Of Peter Pan and where and While due to that very fact its always been my one and only Favorite Peter Pan Film Ever even to this Day and that it always gets to me when Standing in Line for Peter Pans Flight at Disneyland

When I was a kid, I had a nightmare where I was on the ride, and just as my ship flew over London, I fell out and landed on the model city, smashing it. And I tried to reach up to get back into the ship, but it was too high up and moving too quickly, so all I could do is stand there in the dark and try not to break anything else. It was a very weird dream that came right the eff out of nowhere, but ever since then, that part of the ride (and the bit where you fly over the model of Never Land) has made me horribly anxious. I'm almost 30 now, and I still couldn't shake my sense of dread when I went to Disneyland couple years ago. Yes, it's a completely irrational fear. Yes, it's a really dumb thing to worry about. But I just can't let it go, and I've never quite been able to fully enjoy this ride as a direct result. :-/

Anybody know how they are able to so perfectly time the show in each room? Im assuming as each ride vehicle enters a room it interrupts a beam which triggers the show to start, much like a people counter at a store adding +1 when you cross the threshold and break the invisible beam. This seems to make more sense than the show and all vehicles being perfectly synced. Im not an engineer, obvs, just trying to figure out how this works. Also, does the show in each room reset on a timer? Or when the ride vehicle trips a sensor upon leaving the room?

I got to ride this with the lights on, and sound off, because it broke down while we just got out of flying over the houses. Since you kinda are in the air in Peter Pan, the way out for us is the way out that the ships have so we gotta see a whole bunch of behind the scenes stuff, and see how they create the magic and illusions in the ride. The cast member who came over and was on the phone to tell other cast members that we were okay was apologizing a lot, and I just kept going on about how cool it was.

It has great sceneries and beautiful decorations from the movie, But the duration is Too short. :-( I wanted to see more scenes and animatronics from the story. The entrance should be expanded more and fly longer time before they enter in the room from the window.

Thank you to you and others who post these rides up. I was there as a small child and I barely remember ANY of it. Pieces and parts from rides for Disney to universal. It helps me to go 'Yay I saw that' or Oh I think I rode that.

Honestly, I find E. T. ride at Universal Studios Florida much more enjoyable than this. I rode this a few times, and despite being a popular movie, it just doesn't excite me as much as E. T. which has something more going on.

If I remember correctly Peter Pan ride the part where you go through the City of London it use to be much, much better, it use to look so much realistic the streets they look like they had real cars going around,
