Nice work fellas! I've done that and it is indeed a burly day with that grind back over Broken Hand. Not to mention the effort it takes to film the outing. Tell me you went back to the hotel before driving back to Utah. Studly! I'm definitely cutting you some slack for not getting to the summit, (it's a sketchy bit) but you have to live with that one. Danny, you are ready for the Andies and the Himalaya. You better get after it or you'll be kicking yourself in 20 years.

How did you get avalanche safety training? I love canyoneering and downhill skiing so i have the rope and skiing skills necessary. However, the one thing holding me back from purchasing new bindings and skiing the backcountry is concerns about my lack of avalanche safety training. I dont want to lead my friends to an icy death. Any recommendations on a training place would be awesome! Thanks for your videos, they are badass and extremely motivating!

When we attempted Blanca it was worse, and on Memorial Day no less. A French team were doing all three fourteeners - Blanca, Ellingwood, and Little Bear. We bailed - they were trapped on knife ridge between LB and Blanca and had to rapell off. They said it was heavier than the Eiger. Blanca is famous for sudden storms.

You know, it's outings like this that really make you thankful for what you have when you get back, and for where you've been able to go, and I would add, here you get to be thankful for who you got to share it with. I wish I had a mountain buddy.

Another great video. Gotta love out of season freshies. You guys remind me of me and a mate. I drag him along on my suffer fests, or what I call super forest adventure time. Give us a shout out if you ever want a guide in Australia

I can't believe you guys are not fully sponsored yet. Have you tried contacting Salomon or Black Diamond and presenting your accomplishments and seeing if they would give you money to do some crazy Alaska stuff or Andes?

Feel like many years there is the semi-unexpected dump of snow during early May in CO. definitely an eventuality to take into account when planning trips in CO during early May

Great stuff. The only thing I used to differently is, I would turn the truck around so it was ready to go. Too many times I have seen deep snow in Colorado when not expected.

Crestone peak was one of my favorite climbs, but skiing down that couloir looks like even more fun. Might have to go back and try it some day.

Danny didn't go the extra hundred meters to claim the summit. I've watched all the MA videos; never thought I'd see the day. Still, well done!
