The Orlando area is beautiful because they have worked hard to make it that way. I live in Tampa and the communities around here just don't seem to try hard enough to enhance their natural environment, to make it as beautiful as possible. The Tampa Bay area is not terrible, especially in the last 10 years, I mean downtown Tampa and St Pete are much better than they were. However, there is much more that should be done outside of those cores. I wish the area leaders would strive for excellence throughout the region. I have lived in both Orlando and Tampa areas and have noticed this stark contrast for decades.

Excellent video as always, Randy! My grandparents spent the last 15 or so years of their lives in Central Florida and I’m so thankful I only did the theme parks a couple times (Busch Gardens twice, Universal once. I’ve never been to Disney.
I’ve been able to take about a dozen trips to Florida to see them and I’ve been able to experience the real Orlando outside of the theme parks, and I’m so thankful I did.
I’m so ready to go back! Thanks for creating this video and reminding me why I fell in love with Florida in the first place!

I’ve been able to take about a dozen trips to Florida to see them and I’ve been able to experience the real Orlando outside of the theme parks, and I’m so thankful I did.
I’m so ready to go back! Thanks for creating this video and reminding me why I fell in love with Florida in the first place!

Orlando should not be called the city beautiful it does not hold up to that name downtown is very ugly they have a lot of work before they can live up to that title even the resturants on obt are old ugly and crumbilly i think tampa should be the city beautiful instead of orlando

I have lived most of my life (26 years) in Orlando. Thanks for bringing attention to all of the amazing parts of central Florida most people don't know about. Those of us that live here learn to tolerate all the tourists but we stay here for everything else the area has to offer.

Great job! It's rare to see promo videos of the Orlando area without a focus on the tourist district. It's literally 2 different cities. So sad that the tourists only see the tacky part of Orlando. You hit all of the best spots.

Wekiva Springs is great! Rock Springs and Rock Springs Run is awesome too! The water is crystal clear and aqua blue. There are a bunch of big rocks at the springhead that you can jump off of into the water.
