Pedestrians and crosswalk my biggest pet peeve. Mooooove! Litterly the light is red and their sleepwalking holding back the flow of traffic. By the time they get to the other side of the street bang the cross light for the driver turns red again! Then the drivers run through the yellow and almost red light to get to the other side. Bang, cops right there to give you a ticket for running a yellow light! Dam it. Start ticketing the pedestrians to follow the law. Are cops blind here! All that said, I wouldn't live anywhere else. Lol

If you don't like the tipping, the GST, HST or the other taxes Provinces have rather than you Americans. But these taxes pay for good looking Highways or any other Federal things. That is why don't you take a look at US States because they have lousy infrastructure. So, why I don't care when you complain about these taxes. That is why we have them.

I am Canadian and yes the majority of people live close to the US border. It has nothing to do with the cold. It has to do with what is called the Canadian Shield. This is large area of land the was scoured by the glaciers of the ice age. The result is the land is basically only good for mining and lumber. It is not good for any form of farming

Sales Taxes. ya how would you like to live here. I buy everything I can second hand. 15 % HST really sucks. It actually drives the underground economy. Especially in the home renovation industry in which many jobs are done CASH under the table!

Great video! Just wanted to provide a sense of scale; Montreal and PEI were mentioned several times in relation to Vancouver, but for people who dont know, those places are on opposite sides of the country which is almost 3000 miles wide

There are many who are nice people, but there are also a lot of nasty people too. Please don't make the erroneous assumption that everyone is sweetness and light. You are dead wrong. I know because I am Canadian

Do you tip the housekeepers when you leave hotels throughout the world when you travel? I always leave a few dollars whenever I leave a hotel room to check out
