You're making it harder and harder for me - I had decided to skip Belgium entirely but then you+Rick Steve's sold me on Bruges and then there was Leuven+Antwerp station and now THIS. Too many nice places man! Lol

i never really thought about going to ghent before but from what you say and all the pictures it looks really sick! ill have to check it out if i head to belgium at some point.

I'm surprised you didn't mention the Gentse Feesten It's a 10 day festival with cultural acts, live music on all the small squares and it's absolutely mental.
