Miami Travel Guide - Downtown, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables This was an amazing, informative, and extremely well edited video, but in my personal experience Ive been to Miami 3 times on solo day trips, and theyve unfortunately both been negative. The Biltmore Hotel, Vizcaya gardens, and Coral Gables are very nice, cheap places to visit, but the actual city of Miami was awful. You spend 30 minutes waiting in traffic to get somewhere 5 minutes away, only to realize that theres no public parking around the building and then spend 45 minutes looking for an overpriced hole in the wall garage to park in. The city just feels so claustrophobic and hostile. The sad thing too is that I want to like the city. I love the scenery, the nightlife, the luxury buildings, and the general aesthetic of it, but the inconvenience of something as simple as getting around along with the feeling that the city is trying to suck money from you at every opportunity ruined it for me. Im sure Id love Miami if someone knowledgeable about the area took me around, but until that happens, Ill just stay right here in West Palm and admire Miami from the pictures and movies lol.

It's a gorgeous city with great architecture and lots of cultures.
I think the reason that the food is so good in Miami is because it's huge Hispanic and Caribbean population know authentic natural foods and understand quality and they won't settle for the processed frankenfoods that prevail in most other parts of America.
Miami is one of the only large cities in the USA that isn't deteriorating but rather is improving. I guess it helps to be a Red and not a Blue city.

I can't believe how vibrant your videos are. It was interesting to see the Miami City Hall on Dinner Key, My grandfather took my father to Havana from there when it was the Pan American Airlines seaplane terminal. I also remember seeing Vizcaya when I was a kid. That mansion was built by John Deering who was a farm equipment magnate. A lot of even regular homes were built in that style in Florida just like in California.

You forgot to show the others side of the bridge of Miami outside the tourist area which is really 95% of Miami full of poverty and violence. It's not all glitz and glamor like they try to make it seem. In fact only a small fraction is glitz and glamor most of Miami is the exact opposite.

The amount of people who spend big bucks to go to Miami and instead end up in Miami Beach. Not knowing how great the actual city and neighbourhoods are. Wynwood, Little Havana, Coconut Grove etc.

Good video, but your voice isn’t exactly the most pleasant. Maybe consider another narrator, or sounding less robotic.
