When I was researching what to see and do in Sicily before we left - i didn't really find much useful information on any of the highlights, so in this travel vlog I have put together some of what I think are the must sees in Sicily. Petia: Sicily is great! Been there August 2017, stayed at Porto Empedocle, Agrigento, Giardini Naxos, Taormina. visited Castelmola village above Taormina. Taormina was founded by ancient Greeks back in 8 century and the real name is Tavromeni. I hope this Summer going back for summer vacation and a concert at Greco Theatro in Taormina. Let's see if there will be summer travelling with all that Covid-19 restrictions. poor Italy: -( Praying for them.

Hello! This is a great video! Thanks so much. I am going to Italy in April and trying to plan ahead. Could you PLEASE let me know which month you went? I'm curious about what our chances of swimming might be in late April. You'd said in your video that you couldn't imagine how crowded it would be in the summer, so I'm thinking you may have gone around April or May?

After visiting in aug 2019 I can confirm Palermo is full of African migrant gangs and prostitute's. It's a real shame as the architecture is splendid.
Stick to quieter areas of Sicily and it's much more enjoyable, but tbh Europe has far better offerings.

I had lived in Italy for a period of almost 4 years, but it was too far and too expensive for me at that time to go to visit Sicilia und Calabria. Maybe one day, if God allows me, I'll go there. Amen.

Guardo sempre questo video, con immagini stupende, ed anche con della musica stupenda, mi porta tanta nostalgia dell'estate, del profumo dei fiori, dei frutti, complimenti Nina.

Nina- great ACTIVE VACATION. I will take your tour plan and add the typical tourist must see hot spots. Thank you! Your male partner keeps you from being lazy! Great!

Learn to say Taormina properly. Taor Mina and roll your the R. It really is annoying listening to the way you pronounce the places. Educate yourself a bit.
