More dont's don't visit in August it's like an oven.
Don't forget to take a doggy bag from the hotel restaurant at breakfast. It doubles up as lunch. ! (Everyone does it)
Don't forget to buy your bus ticket from the news stand and get it validated. The buses do not take cash. If your caught it's a huge on the spot fine. Don't forget to take your own beverages and fill your mini fridge with them. Don't expect traffic to stop on zebra crossings and say a prayer before you do cross.

On the metro or bus is pretty dangerous, so stay always allert! The don't number 4 is insane true, i mean the local hate restaraunt near the most important square etc. 100% agree with point number 4

While I agree with most points we actually came to find out that often the skip the line lines are waaay longer than the regular lines. When we went to the Vatican we could just walk up to the entrance with barely anyone in front of us while the skip the line line was super long.

What's wrong with credit cards if they steel them they get nowhere, and you can get replacements sent to you.
If you don't Carry money the pick Pockets who probably are Drugactics and not excluding other tourist from poorer countries, will go out of business.

Finding good food is easy. Just dont go were the big signs are, and avoid restaurants with ppl guiding you in. We checked for good ratted restaurants in google. In front you see a line of Italians, just line up and you get amazing food for good prices

I'm italian from Rome and for the don't #1 i'll give you an advice, if you're a student visiting, bring your student id, you can skip Lines and get in certain places for free ie: the colosseum

I'm from Rome and I had the worst pizza ever in ROME. in a sort of a trafficked place in the centre. before leaving I carved the letters F U in the pizza. the owner was not so happy about it hahah
