If I'm trying to save money on food, I get a chicken fried rice at Yak and Yeti for a meal, it's more than enough food for me, as a matter of fact I rarely eat it all. For breakfast there I love to go to the little coffee shop right outside safari and get one of the huge cin. roles, easy to share and since my son is not a fan of breakfast it's perfect for us.

I was looking at the fuzzy thing you had at top of camera trying to figure out what it was so did not see it was you. Once we passed I heard your voice and told my wife that was Tim from you tube.

Got to meet Tim and Jenn at the Trading Post towards the end of the! It was so exciting! My partner and I were joking about what we would do if we saw you at the parks. You both were super kind despite my star-struck babbling. So happy we got meet you for a few minutes and thanks for the short chat!

Be careful about saving chicken fried rice, especially if it has eggs. Google dangers of this food as a leftover, remembering something like a specific bacteria that forms between rice and eggs.

My oldest was obsessed with chicken fried rice at Jackson's age. Try putting him in the highchair with a portion and just let him go with it feeding himself with his hands. He will love it! :)

Last year I went to AK just to get the mango pie from Yak and Yeti. 10/10 worth it, especially if you eat it with a view of Everest. (Could be because I just really like mango though lol)

Just to let you know the yak and yeti chicken fried rice is Amazing cold so if you dont eat it all take it home! And eat it cold or reheat it in the microwave!
