In todays vlog we head to Universal Studios for some rainy day fun! The day started with a very long line to get in, it took 50 minutes to get through security. Once we get in the park it wasnt so bad. We got to see some new merch, try some new snacks, and Jackson finally got to go to the Dreamworks Destination Dance Party! He had a blast and so did we! We loved the glazed pecans and the chocolate Dino dig jar. Both were so so good!

Wow - crowds are killer, and scary. Just got back from a 3-night trip to Atlantic city - my 1st time out to do something fun in 16 months. It was also much more crowded than I thought it would be, and TONS of kids - MANY more than I've seen at that particular hotel EVER. I've been to AC in the summer before, but this particular hotel is NOT on the Boardwalk, and does NOT have access to the beach, so was VERY surprised to see such crowds, and so many kids - and NONE of the kids wearing masks at all, no matter WHAT age, so pretty scary to me. Staff at the hotel I talked to said parents bringing the kids to the hotels NOT on the BOardwalk/beach to use the pools. Understandable, but weird, they had never seen that before wither. I ate at off hours, and still had long waits - apparently at LOT of places (especially retail, and fast/casual food places ) are SO understaffed.
OMG - Watching Jackson at the dance party was PRECIOUS, my heart is MELTED! :) Yes, Jenn, when I've looked - most times pecans, macadamia, and cashews are usually more expensive than say walnuts, peanuts, or even almonds. I love nuts, and especially pecans, pistachios, and cashews. I also like Texan Pecan coffee from time to time. That chocolate cake looked good - you should have chucked some pecans in there, I would have done that! :) Love chocolate, and any kid of nuts (or peanut butter) together!
Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you from New Jersey. Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!

Went to Universal for the first time ever July 27-29 and it was AMAZING! I spent years being a Disney snob and saying no even to free tickets to Universal. now I feel like an idiot! We did Hagrid's 6 times in 3 days and even got my son who had never been on a Rollercoaster til we went to Disney the week before on Velosicoaster!

Hey Tim and Jen,
Another great video from you guys. I loved the look of those nuts from the tribute store. Talking of tasty coffee. You should try Beanies. They are a delicious coffee company. They also do decaf. The flavours are amazing. Thanks for the entertainment, love Claire (Spooky)

Where did you guys find that AC thing for Jackson wanting to let my cousin who just had his baby know for the hot weather we have in Iowa. Also for those unexpected rains there is a shoe company that makes waterproof shoes and personally shocked of how good they work. Vessi is the brand

Jenn's hair and hat in the intro of this reminds me of the girl from the first Jurassic Park movie I was also laughing at the thought of people cringing when Jenn said moist multiple times. and can we appreciate how Tim said it was about 3 o'clock?

Amusement part always gives me this giddy feeling and has for years. I feel like a little kid again. The only other thing that can do this for me is music. You know bands like Delta Parole, that music takes me back the most.

Seeing Jackson dance the day away in What was Barney was priceless and I guarantee you both - if you think that makes you smile now, just wait until hes 22 and you rewatch it - that was my daughter with Barney! Just precious

If you want pecan praline flavored coffee then you need to go New Orleans and visit the Sazerac House they have alcoholic praline coffee cream. I know you don't drink that much but it's only a light percentage and delicious

I bet that was the highlight of those costume actors day they have Jackson come in and boogie down with them, so cute and actually stayed on the separation marker.

You may have avoided that mess of a line for security if you had used the valet parking, which is back. Sorry you had to wait so long!
