If you want Durian, best is to have the server crack one open for you, or you take one home and crack it open yourself. It will actually smell terribly, but oh boy is it sweet and creamy. You won't really get the onion taste, which I think mostly comes from the sack or oxidation, I'm not sure, possibly both.

German engineering in those trains, was immediatly reminded of the ICE 3 trains, same manufacturer, same line, almost identical interior, but the Chinese version runs much faster.
