I was there yesterday. I'm a huge fan of this event. Was very disappointed at all. Nothing at all like other years. Many of the characters are bit older and don't look scare enough. Bunch of kids running and screaming all the time and trying to make fun and bully them. The last time I was there the characters didn't even take photos with us. Or talk. This year people are making a line to do it. They lost that creepy act it was so unique of Howl O scream. At certain point you didn't know who was a cast or who was just a visitor cause was so full of annoying kids. I'm not going again probably in a year. Wait all the covid wave settles down a little bit. Too much people in the parks in ridiculous proportions. The hounted houses are ok. Few

A common term for being short staffed and only having enough employees to run the shift is often referred to as a skeleton crew. So the fact that skeleton crew area had so few scaractors coincidentally accurate lol.

Fiends premiered at the Williamsburg location, called Fiends in the Festhaus in the Germany area. It is a huge part of my childhood! Wish we still had Fiends in Virginia.
