You mentioned Castaway Cay is just easy - cruising in the Caribbean is our favourite vacation for that reason. So relaxing, everything done for you, great food, wonderful service from crew members, sunshine and pools, lot of reading time! We havent had chance to do Disney cruise and Castaway Cay yet but that is on the bucket list for sure! Thanks for sharing! Also wanted to say so great your friend Matt was with you so that you could have some adult time as well - I bet Jackson loves him!

I remember a similar appetizer to the brie and cranberry chutney at the Brown Derby at what was then Disney-MGM back in the 1990's. There it was Camembert with Ligonberry preserves - but that's basically the exact same dish with the same preparation and same flavor profile. If you want to do a longer cruise, consider a Panama Canal cruise! It is amazing!

I love how Jackson just always wants what you guys are having. you should pull a swap on him, put your food in front of him and his food in front of Jen. Then hell immediately want Jens - problem solved!

Did we ever find out what the ultrasonic sound was when they were having lunch? It was super frequent and it was driving my kid crazy Its fascinating to me how younger peeps can hear those better.

I used to work on cruise ships, (Casino Manager) and I agree that private island visits are the best part of a cruise. It was the only part that I really liked. Glad you enjoyed it.

I believe that other beach you pointed out at serenity bay is actually the cast beach so you can't go swim there. It is the one beyond the bar to the right as you enter serenity.

Ive never been on a cruise! The videos are amazing and makes a vacation to the castaway key and Nassau look like fun. I cant wait to take my young son.
