had me researching florida wildlife and i thought id share this neat thing! All crocodilian species are able to see in color. Interestingly enough, because reptiles and birds are the closest living relatives to dinosaurs and both are able to see in color, it has also been assumed that dinosaurs were able to see in color as well.

This would be all Disneys wetland mitigation. If you impact a wetland you have to mitigate for it so there is no net loss of wetland. This includes wetland mitigation and monitoring plan to enhance wetlands. All the land would be under conservation easement.

Suggested to my teenage son, when he visited Thailand, stay on the beaten paths. I. e don't go into jungle or scrub land areas. because too many dangerous critters may await.

When visited Busch gardens theme park a few years ago in July, the Alligator handlers fed them and said they only get fed twice a week but nothing over the winter months. Just adds to what Tim said here.

This is so timely! We were just at the preserve this last week of January. We recommend going out there to get away from the hustle of the parks. Also, dont take a trip to the preserve on a hot humid day.

This looks like a nice place to hike. The only drawback is not much overhead tree coverage for those hot days. Hopefully we can go check it out soon. It would be awesome to meet up there for a hike.

Great to have country walks, learn so much and mobile phones can answer many of your thinking questions as you go along. Also I suggest adding Google Earth to your phone.
