When my parents moved to Florida they got a pontoon boat and named it The Pipe Dream they never thought they'd ever get to move to Florida. So hence the pipe dream, plus the pontoon sits on pipes. I thought it was pretty cool and creative! They live on Lake Griffin. They say Florida is like living in paradise every day! It is a such a different life there compared to the North.

I loved the property until Tim said alligators. After that I was like no thanks. There is a lot of water and swamps around the property. Personally I dont think I would go just for that reason. You really have to watch your kids and any pets and even grown folks because alligator will chase you down. They move well in water and on land.

Looked it up online and this estate is $1795 to $1980 per night depending on the season/demand. Like they said, it seems pretty reasonable if you have a large group staying.
I mean, split between 5 people would be less than $400 each per night, and more people could definitely fit. Pretty cool!

I would love a giant workout screen where the workout locations take place on all different Disney properties and parks. It would be fun to take a jog through Epcot's World Showcase, a hike through Animal Kingdom. Would be such an incentive for myself to workout.

Love lake Louisa, hike their almost every weekend. Also building our house across the street from the state park at RidgeView.
Right now I live in Horizon West and am ready for the Clermont life especially with Olympus coming.

Florida nature = alligators = death. Being a Californian swamps dont exist so the whole concept of murky water and things in it scare me. I would have NEVER walked that boardwalk at night. Youre a brave man Tim.

If you ever go to Banff and Lake Louise in Canada you will see the real Chateau Lake Louise! Fantastic, beautiful scenery. Been there many times and it always takes my breath away.

I'm not a sports person, but that place looked so much fun. I can really see having a fun, relaxing time with family and friends. I would absolutely stay there if I had a chance.

When I saw the tour I was like. meh, I'm aesthetically displeased by this house.
But now after seeing all the amenities I'm like. this is the greatest house on earth.
