the restaurant you where at GAD is well known in Egypt it's very good
Lastly and most important if you going to visit the pyramids of Giza, and I'm sure you will there is couple of things you need to do it
first let an Egyptian friend go with you in this trip this will save a lot of troubles case vendors are very push and most of them are scammers and won't let you go easily but with Egyptian friend they can deal with them, also they can make some recommendations on food,
trust me if you don't make friends with locals you might get scammed, and miss amazing spots only locals know

When it comes to the haircut its quite good as Hurghada is considered a touristy place
In Cairo the average will be quite similar from 50_150 Egyptians pounds.
