The one thing I don't like about Thai food, as I have had it, is all the things that are left in the dish that are inedible. Galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, etc. I don't like having to pick things out of my mouth or out of my bowl. But on the other hand, Thai cuisine has some of the most amazing flavors known to mankind, so. .. I guess I'll take the good with the bad when it's THAT good.
