Wayne National Forest in 4K - Best Ohio Backpacking - Bushcraft, Hiking, & Camping Lake Vesuvius Patrick: My great-great grandparents cut down a lot of trees in the Maumee (edge of Toledo) area between 1832, and 1845. They turned 160 acres into farmland, as did other members of my family. I get why that happened, but am conscious of what they destroyed in the name of progress, prosperity, and. feeding themselves etc. I no longer live in Ohio, and as a child didn't spend much time in a forest aside from one large one in Toledo that my father use to camp in as a boy scout. Very nice to see an Ohio forest versus the endless strip malls and farmland. Excellent presentation BTW. Thanks for your efforts.

-The ups and downs and drama of life are what make life worth experiencing, joy is a wonderful feeling but sometimes it-s in the moments of loss and sadness that we truly reflect on the beauty of existence. -
Absolutely beautiful, I-ve been dealing with the hands down hardest situation of my life but this is something that made me feel like it has a purpose in my life and I will look back on troubling times with a smirk knowing I-ll be ok.

That part with Thomas was hilarious where someone asked where he was, then it shows Thomas wandering somewhere on the salt flats of Utah over 2, 000 miles away, and he's like -I don't think this is right. - lol That's good stuff. What is the range of your Walkie Talkies? What brand were you using? I hope you bought water proof tents by now. That's no fun sleeping in a tent that leaks.

3rd time watching this one. it's a PERFECT episode.
Finally got the Steinbrenner - calzone - SEINFELD! joke. Man for young guys, you sure can go deep with the TV, movie, video game references. Oh, and Simpsons too.
Just want to let folks know, there are additional rewards for viewing these videos multiple times. My hats off to you guys for all the hard work.

More so than any other video, a lot of the music reminded me of persona 5. which is not a bad thing at all.
it's unfortunate about the rain, but the adventure seemed very nice regardless. When it went to andrew and he was explaining things he saw. Idk why, but something about those cuts made me laugh each time lol

great video, I don't know if anyone has said anything about the burnt portions of the forest, but that was a controlled burn. Over the last few years, the rangers have used controlled burns to minimize the chance of major forest fires due to undergrowth.

I've watched a few of your videos now and they are extremely well done. Thanks for the entertainment and giving me the itch. I'm curious, which trail is this exactly that you did in Wayne NF? This may be within reach of me to hit (coming from NEPA.

Great video! I've been enjoying hiking Wayne National Forest this summer. It's a good nearby place to test out new equipment before taking on longer hikes. Just finished testing out my infrared camera on a recent night hike there.

Do you guys ever go back and watch these older videos? Such a big difference from your new full length episodes.
I wish you guys would try cooking more in the new ones. (But always have a backup if experiments go wrong)
