If it gets people interested in learning survival skills, it not a bad thing. Like everyone else said, though it's a steep price. Especially in regards to a lifestyle that strives not to rely on money.
Nice tinder bag though. I suppose you guys don't need it since you started favoring the camp stove instead of a campfire now. in fact it's a real shame you guys rely on your gear so much now.

I'm going to have to jump on the bandwagon and say that the $50 is a steep price to pay for a box of that nature. Personally throw in a few bags of ready meals and a nice hunting knife or a multi-tool and I think the perceived value will increase significantly. I suppose a knife every time is impractical but I wouldn't mind getting six a year!
