Manistee River in 4K - Hammock Camping and Hiking Manistee River Trail in Michigan CazualTim: That loop was my sustaining interstitial between young days and AA kicking me back into shape - sorry to have missed your quick visit! Really enjoyed the different (isolated from full AA eps) cinematographic perspective. Sorry about the stomach bug, but I agree in general in situations where the line is so thin: why be brash when you can be safe?

Loved seeing Nicole again! Sorry she wasn-t feeling well.
Great idea for the DIY salt and pepper shaker. (It occurred to me that a contact lens case could work too. -)
The pork wool sushi ball looked delicious! Glad to see a Bryan and Nicole short video. Enjoyed the chill and peaceful vibes. -

We did a similar route last year, starting at the Red Bridge trail head. It was our first backpacking try. We decided to give this sport a try at 59 years old. My wife was also recovering from a bug so we just spent the night. We had a good time and plan on going back to the MRT and more.

Ahhh, so relaxing. It's so weird how when you watch so many videos of people online and you begin to feel like you know them so well, even when you've never met them in person! That's how I always feel about you guys! :) And it was good to see Nicole back!

Yeah, Nicole returns with her dog! Excellent. So enjoyable to watch a relaxed trip. Beautiful footage of the scenery. I most enjoy the descriptions of what you all eat. Creative and yummy. Sorry it had to end early. That dog is adorable. let's see him again.

I enjoyed your video! Could you please tell me what the name of the pork you were eating? That would be a wonderful trail snack. Especially the saltiness taste without having to add more. Keeping up your electrolytes. I liked the S&P holder too!

Very Good! I've been looking forward to watching this video. Leaving early gives you another reason to come back. I think we went to the MRT a few days after you went. It's a very beautiful area. I'll have to meet up with you again someday.

I stayed in my hammock at 3b a few weeks ago. I was back off the ledge/river. It was my 1st time backpacking. I got water from the river down the hill. I started at seaton creek campground and only hiked in to 3b then back out the next day.

Your -trail sushi- looks like a phenomenal idea! Now I just need to figure out a convenient way to make a vegetarian version without getting laughed off the trail for packing something like cucumber and avocado. Also, your dog seems awesome.

Great job, Bryan. Too bad Nicole was under the weather. It was a wise decision to cut the trip short in light of her condition. I hope you guys revisit the place though; the landscape speaks for itself.
