To be honest, all of this has nothing to do with 1st/Business class or the big money they spent, seats shouldn't be so dirty in Economy either. We're not talking about lack of gold platted handles or mahagony wood, we're talking about damn FILTH. And this is not the matter of one skipped cleaning either, the filth build up is terrible, probably took weeks or months, even with intense use by passangers. These seats and the area around them obviously aren't deep cleaned often.
It might even pose a health threat, especially for someone with asthma, they definitely wouldn't appreciate dust around their head when sleeping.

I have flown Iberia several times to and from Spain when visiting family there, I can confirm that the sardine class is even worse. I will never use them again after the last experience. The cabin crew were extremely unhelpful and rude. They made me feel guilty for asking for anything. It was a terrible experience.

Did you get your money back? This is horrendous, official complaints should be made about the staff, the dirt, the lack of bedding. What is wrong with these people? Did you get any response from the airline, because I know I've done premium economy on Delta that is nicer than that mess of a plane.

This is probably the most disgusting air travel company in the world. I vowed not to fly with them ever again after my first experience back in 2008 when I manage to disassemble the hand rest/old ashtray and take it with me.

I'd want at least a partial refund after paying that much for such a filthy plane and food more akin to economy class. And I'd know what economy class food is like cos I'd never have the money for business--

That was appalling! 5000 dollars for that level of filth, having to make up your bed, the very unfriendly and almost non existent staff. I hope you don-t get sick or catch any disease from that flight.

Honestly, i would-ve immediately alerted a flight attendant about the situation and made them clean the area (i doubt a new seat would be any different. Just watching it makes me feel sick-

Who does that kind of deep cleaning, surely not the crew? Must be some sort of cleaning service at the different airports, but I suppose the crew has to at least check that it's done
