Angels Landing Hike in Zion National Park. My brother and I hiked 7 miles on the Angels Landing trail in Utah Franky1: I was also up on the Angels Landing in October 2018. Fantastic viewpoint. When we were up there, it was even more crowded with people than in your video. On the ridge there was sometimes a jam and you had to wait. Some people were also afraid of heights and therefore stayed at the viewpoint in front of the ridge. I can only underline your advice to be there very early to avoid the masses.

For those of you watching this video and not sure if you can stomach the narrow ledges of Angel's Landing, check out the trail to Observation Point. It's not quite as intimidating and ends at a higher view point looking down on Angels landing and the valley. The trail also takes you through a beautiful canyon that's been carved out from water. I believe the trail may be currently closed, but definitely worth checking out in the future. Happy trails!

I love what you are doing man! Technical question regarding the S5, did you shot the hiking shots in MF? I'm in the process of purchasing a camera to start my own YT hiking vids journey. I'm torn between the A7iii with some good glass, the A7siii with okay glass, or the S5. decisions decisions! Your input is much appreciated!

I did this hike years ago and once is enough! Pretty scary! If I get back that way, I would like to do the Observation trail across the canyon from there. I believe this is the correct name but I could be mistaken. It has been a long time since I've been there.

The deer in the beginning looks extremely underweight for this time of year. You can see it's ribs. It might be chronic wasting disease. I don't know how long your editing process is but if this was recent you might want to report location.

I ve lost count of how many times I ve done that hike. My go to hike when I share Zion with someone new. Crazy how busy it s become over the years. Next time you go, check out Oscar s Cafe, it s my go to place for breakfast and dinner.

How does he film the walking, does he go back for the camera every time film it? Kind of exhausting especially sometimes he walks real far and don t if he come back to pick it up or there is some other way? Just carious.

Fun to see you in Zion. You should do the Subway. Such a great hike! Angels Landing is great but super crowded. The Subway can be difficult to get in to plus requires ropes but it s so much more remote.

I just did this hike four days ago! Highly recommend, but beware of the crowds. There are tons of people, especially in the middle of the day. Thanks for a great video Kraig

Hiking Angel's Landing a few years ago was my favorite hike that I've ever done. I wish I had filmed it when I went, so watching this brought back beautiful memories.
